Dear all,
In reading a draft MS by a colleague, I have discovered the existence of yet another book that we should reference. It is "International Encyclopedia of Horse Breeds" written by Bonnie Hendricks and published by University of Oklahoma Press: https://www.oupress.com/9780806138848/international-encyclopedia-of-horse-breeds/. The latest edition seems to be the second, published in 2007. The publisher's website does not mention an e-version of the book.
I suggest that we contact the author after the next VBO release becomes available. This would enable us to show the author and publisher how VBO cites books, and, if they are interested, we could then investigate the possibility of obtaining an e-copy of the text, which would enable us to create citations to all relevant VBO entries.
The more books like this we can cite, the stronger is VBO's foundation.

Thank you for bringing this reference to our attention. We look forward to including this resource as well! @nsaklou - another reference for future us to consider!
