20.04 Rebase: Stability, speed and better results.

Re-base to srsLTE 20.04 with a couple of bug-fixes.

In summary,

• faster tests due to increased stability,
• added simple vulnerability checks,
• automated summary for every testcase.

19.12 re-base: Dockerfile & simplified results

Re-based to srsLTE 19.12 with stability improvements. Default now is to run a short test that checks for vulnerabilities only.

In short:

• better documentation
• convenient Dockerfile
• easy-to-use start-test.sh

19.09 based re-write

New version based on srsLTE 19.09. That brings us much more stability and the EIA3/EEA3 algorithms.

Besides, the core functionality stays the same with minor changes:

• improved logging
• per-testcase PCAP generation
