Please follow the following steps
Solution 1 : Use Pre-Build Osmium version
Solution 2 : Use Mamba for installation of latest osmium tool
1. Close all CLI consoles
2. Install Mamba as Administrator- this will add the environment variables
3. Run "mamba install osmium-tool" command in CLI
4. Check the install version of Osmium
