Check Hosts v1.1.0

This release contains the web status page component. After installation of the self-extracting shell archive file, edit the file ./chkhosts-sample.d/conf/gen-webstat.sh to set the configuration variables. Then execute the script to create the ./chkhosts-sample.d/webstat/status.php page.
