Show random quote in header

Hmm three quotes is not enough imho. Also it may be a little too crowded in the header. Maybe we should run the quotes instead of the current headlines?

I would like to place a hold on this until we can do personas. I really don't like these quotes.

@phelixbtc there are 4 quotes. :-) I personally think the header looks fine, but I admit that I'm probably not a typical user being targeted.

@indolering From what I can recall on IRC you liked the idea of having quotes but didn't like some of the execution details. If that's correct (or not) can you say what exactly you're not a fan of?

@JeremyRand, I like the idea but I only care for the WikiLeaks quote and I think it can be presented better visually....

@indolering Well, as I said via IRC, the three quote sources (WL/JA, ICANN, and EurAsia) are targeted at different demographics. WL is aimed at activists/journalists, ICANN is aimed at academics and large infrastructure companies, EurAsia is aimed at small businesses. I don't see why we should be restricting it to the WL/JA quotes and therefore be restricting our target audience to activists/journalists. If I were a large infrastructure company (let's say Google), I would actually be much more interested in the ICANN quote than the WL/JA quotes.

Regarding visual presentation, I think what I have is passable, but if you'd like to try to improve on it, feel free.
