Hw Mayfly ECOs

Changes to the Mayfly that I've used. (Engineering Change Order) When programming the EEPROM to the Mayfly these ECO numbers can be added to it.

1. ECO-01 Superseded ECO-04.

2. ECO-04 Accurately monitor the Vbat. Add two R 1% 1/16W resistance to Vbat-1M-A0-100K-GND. Jp8-A0.

3. [?]Add extra capacitance to Vbat leaded 680uF/10 low ESR. Dk ‎732-9004-1-ND‎/Würth Elektronik/‎860080374016‎ or if available ‎860080274013 Other info; 68mOhms 1A@100KHz. For other parts ripple Current spec for Switcher or Radio eg better than 0.1A .
