0.0.4: Bugfix release

There was a problem with bouncycastle being specified twice, but with different versions in v0.0.3. This version works.

To run Stevedore, download stevedore.jar and then double-click it (or run it on the command-line, as java -jar stevedore.jar. The only prerequisite is Java 7.
