build: autotools: fix cache path

the cache directory should be autom4te.cache in all $(PKG_AUTOMAKE_PATHS) rather than $(PKG_BUILD_DIR)/autom4te.cache only Signed-off-by: Huangbin Zhan <[email protected]>
