@TomAFrench Does the first commit means that when this is merged it'll get correctly published to the marketplace? I was thinking of merging this since the new syntax highlighting is pretty good, and I don't have any other ideas in mind to implement for now.

I'm still in the process of recovering the publisher account for this extension. Until that's done merging releases won't do anything.

I'll make a release once everything is sorted.
