1.0.103 Added support for Group_Joined and Channel_Joined events
Thanks to @enyim SlackConnector can now detect the events when the bot joins either a channel or a group.
Other bits:
- Refactored how messages are parsed
- Boosted up test coverage
- Removed and cleaned up lots of code
- Build now fails on warnings
