We have issues with this due to opentelemetry:

INFO: pip is looking at multiple versions of opentelemetry-proto to determine which version is compatible with other requirements. This could take a while.
ERROR: Cannot install opentelemetry-exporter-otlp-proto-grpc and vllm-tgis-adapter because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.
