Remove "stable/potassium" from the Jenkins infra since Scandium is released and Titanium is moved to master. All jobs configured to run on stable/potassium branch is marked EOL and no longer required. Issue: LF-JIRA RELENG-5596 Signed-off-by: Anil Belur <[email protected]>
