This pull request implements support for the Maidenhead locator, in the same manner as other extra location information data.
Fixes: #17325
Unit tests for the conversion functions have been added, but the changes are completely untested otherwise. I haven't managed to build Osmand locally yet, and was thus unable to run the modified version.
I agree to release the modifications under the terms of the MIT license, as stated in PULL_REQUEST.MIT.LICENSE.
