Event page cleanup

This release changes the event HTML page to use the latest HousePortal's capabilities.

Maintenance release to keep up with changes in other services

This release contains the following changes:

• All Orvibo devices are now categorized as "lights".
• More uniform web pages across services.
• Use the HousePortal houseconfig module.
• Adjust to implicit HousePortal events.
• Fix: wait for HousePortal to start.
• Fix: load the description field.

First usable version

A web service to control the Orvibo S20 smart plugs (model was discontinued..)
