Here's one example as evidence. Eclipse generates an absolute path to the Ghidra install directory each time, which could either be C: or /opt/ depending on operating system and installation method. .project is the same way.

I realized the reason builds failed on some machines and not others was because
.classpathand.projectcontain resource links that are specific to user machines, and get generated automatically by Eclipse. Therefore, they should be removed and ignored in all future commits.
