This recipe is almost identical to the one for Phonopy (phonopy/phonopy#505). However, the direct-solution method does not work on Windows, so the Windows wheels have been excluded. The exact reason why the direct-solution method fails on Windows is currently unknown. In the future, it may be possible to provide Windows wheels with the direct-solution method disabled.
