Scroll animations
Utility
The scroll animations utility can be attached to any HTML element on the page. If used gingerly throughout a user experience it can provide delight, tell a story, or focus the user in on a particular moment. A scroll animation will trigger some animation like fade in, or slide over depending on whether the element is in view to the user or not.
