1.0 release of grafana-vagrant-puppet-box

Features

• Brand new vagrant box (Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)
• All graphite-web dependencies now answer to the 0.9.13-pre1-release
• Major updates in configuration, we now avoid logging unnecessary stuff, leading to lower IO and boosts performance
• Grafana has been bumped to latest and greatest (as of now) with the new version 1.9.1

1.0 Release candidate 1

Big day, first RC for grafana-vagrant-puppet-box.

We're now using this version in production so it will be maintained continously as long as we use it. It's considered a stable release, but you might find a couple of bugs. If so, please report and I'll look into it.
