next step will be to start integrating it: 1. in decode step 2. in encode step 3. in FP/ECHO 4. delete old OriginalHeader and CaseHeader
this is the final piece of work, a rama-driven http proxy should now preserve h1 and pseudo headers from original request :) (order / casing)
