Record from webcam and ingest onto a Kaltura Server

The code in this repo is based on https://github.com/webrtc/samples/tree/gh-pages/src/content/getusermedia/record.

Local Deployment

To deploy locally, simply clone the repo and place the files under the docroot and request the index page.
