Description
The conversion files for the FAO -> IPCC2006_PRIMAP conversion were stored in CSV files in the root directory of this repository. This PR 1) Merges the conversion files for each gas into one and 2) moves it to the climate categories repository from where we can import it via the climate categories API.
We can merge this, when the filter function in climate categories is finished, see primap-community/climate_categories#188
