Fixed non saving issue

Fix an issue where the assigned usernames wouldn't be saved in the file upon them being assigned.

Add some crucial functionality

This release adds the following functions:

• Not only can one claim free packs, now they can gift them to other users aswell.
• Users can now use, for example, a command to assign their streamloots username to themselves, incase they have a different username on twitch than they have on streamloots.

Corrected some spacing

Made the command to paste into Streamer.bot easier to copy by adding some empty lines.

Run without .NET installed

I made it self contained! :D
