Paired with new filament checking macros, this ensures the exact correct filament is loaded for the file.
First layer temperature was swapped with normal print temperature. Bumped both by 5C.
New structure allows for unique presets dependent on nozzle size and hotend.
Now checks if the specific filament is loaded if a non-generic preset is used.
Update push plastic PETG settings to new settings Tweak Layer Line 0.6 EPLA and base PLA settings
