Support for Artillery x3 and x4 series by porting settings from ArtillerySlicer V3.0 #231

This is an ordered copy of the configuration file from ArtillerySlicer V3.0.

Additional changes have been made to the table models (changing the orientation in space).
The x1 pattern is used as a texture. The original pattern for x3 and x4 is distorted due to the use of PNG instead of SVG.

It's also related to issues #226 and prusa3d/PrusaSlicer#11947

There are also some inheritance issues (visible if you run prusa-slicer-console with --loglevel=5 parameter).

overhang_fan_speed keys are not valid for print section, it belongs to filament settings

possibly mistaken for overhang_speed?
