While trying to merge the stubs with the actual source I noticed a few things that weren't quite correct. I also ended up refactoring some things slightly and changing my mind about some earlier decisions, based on how the current 2.0.0 branch is looking.
The largest change is
CacheControl, so I added some regression tests.
