Fix for #425

Added a new script at scripts/update_donors_from_file.py to update the donors' list (data/donors.json) from one or multiple txt files.
Usage: python scripts/update_donors_from_file.py <path_to_donors.txt> [<path_to_donors2.txt> ...]
