chore(rules): Improve Potential Process Hollowing rule

What is the purpose of this PR / why it is needed?

Increment the file view size to prevent enqueueing partials that are not candidates for matching. Also, remove the pe.is_modified condition as the sequence should be enough strong indicator of process injection.
