Initial release

Support for matching the background with the system appearance on startup is there for Linux, macOS and Windows. Dynamically picking up appearance changes is only supported on Linux.

Known issues: when Neovim is run as a superuser on macOS the appearance detection is broken (results background being always set to 'light').
