As a general comment: based on what we've seen out there, only AA is truly used but we need to be able to support these other values since they technically exist. |

This PR is meant to close #108.
As mentioned in the issue, I've had to mint new URI which do not correspond to fragment IDs present in the EPUB Accessibility 1.1 spec (but that's fine IMO).
