Partial rewrite to make configuration easier. Will merge the 2 branches for due/arm back into one branch.
Bigger files like translations, boards, displays will be split into folders with files per translation, board, display.
Tools will be defined by function additions and not as a list of fixed tool implementation. Allows more flexibility.

This version will most probably breach configuration compatibility at some places.
