0.5 Beta Release

Initial Beta release of Firebird includes PyCCD and change product value generation. Generated values are persisted to Cassandra.

This release is not production ready.
In order to achieve a full 0.5 release, here are the minimum items that must be addressed:

Algorithm code must be validated prior to full release.
Result count code is not tested or being called.
Test coverage needs improvement.
Sphinx docs should be generated.
RTD is currently not building.
Logging is not configured.

Version 1.0 will include training model generation and classification functions.
