This adds the option to translate and transcribe from a language that isn't english and get the transcript directly in english.
A useful usecase is that the user can talk to it in their native language and it transcribes it to english for easier processing later (e.g. homeassistant assist/LLM)
I've added a second test to the repo and checked that this doesn't break any existing feature.
