- Place the census_train.csv, census_test.csv and HW5.ipynb files in the same folder.

- In order to run the program open the HW5.ipynb using the software of your choice by placing the aforementioned files in your notebook's start up folder (Jupyter Notebook App recommended).

- The output file (test_output.csv) will also be generated in the same folder.
