Update community centric business model description to current definition, update questionnaire criteria weighting and possibly other updates.
Technically, the images and tables associated with the business models could also be updated, but this is not a priority atm. @Bachibouzouk I would still merge this already since it contains a bugfix about report texts that were assigned to the wrong business model, but keep the branch in case we still update the graphs later.
