This adds an HTML compressor/minifier that also ignores
preandtextareablocks.While I started this from scratch, the solution was influenced by (and almost identical to in some regards) the solution in jaspervdj/hakyll#956 as well as https://github.com/amuletml/website/blob/a2edab7151655b88d6617c6af746822f9579b4cb/site.hs#L232-L282.
If this ends up working out well, I'll backport it to https://github.com/rpearce/hakyll-nix-template/
