How to add partner to cbet admin

Open up the blob storage called cbet -> cbetblobs cbetAdmin_storage

Upload the image and then get the URL ie: https://cbet.blob.core.windows.net/cbetblobs/NAME_OF_LOGO.PNG

Next, add the partner to the partnerList array. Add name and the URL link found above in portal. cbetAdmin_addPartner_VSCode

Commit changes and then push to github, the project will automatically build on Netlify.
