npm install
npm start
navigate to localhost:3000 and you will see your app running
using 'https://docs.npmjs.com/cli/config' for configuration
You will add your different configurations in these files. Add a stage.json or production.json if needed for your app.

Setting the NODE_ENV = dev will tell your app to use the dev.json config file.
`NODE_ENV=dev`
To test the application npm test
or npm run cover
for code coverage
coverage report will be in the coverage/lcov-report/index.html
. Just open it up with your favorite browser.
FYI no testing for react has been setup as of yet
