Additions and Changes in v3.0.0

1. NP-KG v3.0.0 includes 30 natural products with phytoconstituents extracted from the Global Substance Registration System (GSRS) and the European Medicinal Agency monographs and included as ontology extensions in the graph. See list of natural products and constituents here.
2. [New Data] New disease-indications data source added: repoDB
3. Literature-based graph includes predications extracted from full texts of articles for 30 natural products. PubMed IDs of full texts are available here.
4. Edges from CTD predicates in v3.0. to include chemical-phenotype (relation: correlated with) and chemical-disease (relation: correlated with) for side effects from CTD. Indication edges from CTD are no longer included in the KG.
5. [New Data] New drug-side effects data added: ONSIDES.
6. The decrease in number of nodes and edges is due to ontology sources (mostly protein ontology due to deprecated classes ~5k) and removal of CTD relationships (compensated a little by repoDB update and addition of ONSIDES data); more literature graph edges are included from reprocessing of text files.
