Sketchpack specification

Currently, Sketchpacks does not have a CLI tool (like bower, npm, or rubygems) to aid in the creation of a sketchpacks.json manifest file.

However, the specification should serve as a simple guide in adding a manifest file for your own project.

• With sketchpack.json for plugin configuration (like package.json or Gemfile)
