Iteration 4-2: Final CS169

This iteration is the final deadline for CS169.

Main things this iteration:

• lots of cleanup, particularly for dev work
• CSS improvements
• Snap! integration progress
• Better Username routes (WIP.)

There's still a lot before this becomes the official Snap! app, however.
