Minute Virus of Mice (MVM) readily trimerizes in solution to make a truncated triangular-prism shaped subunit. We coarse-grain this into a 77-bead subunit. Purple beads are repulsive only and white beads are attractive. There is no charge. All beads have identical mass 1/77th of the protein mass (192 kDa).

Default solution conditions with a protein concentration of 800 micromolar and timestep of 0.001 - 0.004 (smaller timestep for more rigid and more elastic). Simulations run for 10 - 50 million steps to reach equilibrium.
