SQLite3 is not compatible with Rails <= 7.1.
We already require Ruby > 3, so these lines are moot.
The `main` branch doesn't really differ at all from version 4.0.0, and we do not expect there to be any new developments, either.
This restriction is already in the respective solidus branches. See: 4.2: solidusio/solidus#6077 4.1: solidusio/solidus#6087
