A possible solution to #865
fixes #820

Tested with:

./svtplay-dl https://www.svtplay.se/video/17253110/svenska-nyheter -A --all-first=1 --all-last=2 -vf -P hls -c 1

Any update on this merge request, was thinking of updating/rebasing it to the new master branch if the solution suffices? (for #865)
