Tweak GUI for events data

It contains a bunch of UI improvements:

• fetch all smesher events, not only first 100
• mark eligible layers and epochs that should have rewards (if everything will go well)
• mark epoch as failed, if at least one proposal was not published
• mark passed registered PoET round without PoET proof as failed
• added default status message in the Identities table (if it just started, no events yet)
• follow the same color rules in the Identities table for layer eligibilities
• replace JSON stringified item details in the tooltip to something prettier
