Dear Suoqin Jin,
If sources.use OR targets.use are not NULL, netVisual_hierarchy2() will require that netVisual(), netVisual_aggregate(), and netVisual_individual() to pass the object to it, making it possible to retrieve sources' OR targets' information, including the indents as cells.level. In addition, if sources.use OR targets.use are not NULL, netVisual_hierarchy2() will also require the object among the arguments (see lines 1073 to 1084 in visualization.R).
Best regards,
Alvaro
