Dear Judges,

In this work, the design and implementation of a frequency synthesizer with programmable sweep has been presented. This design was originally implemented in TSMC 180nm technology and is being ported to SKY130 to make the design publicly available and results easy to replicate. It is possible to compile all the codes and replicate the entirety of this work from within the notebook itself.

As this is my first experience working with open-source tools on a design of this scale, any and all feedback to improve this work is welcome. I would like to thank the open-source silicon community for maintaining the various open-source tools, PDKs and other resources that have made this work possible and SSCS for providing us with such an opportunity to showcase our works.

Thank you
Best regards,
Adithya
