This PR makes all Shopify managed fields on the product blueprint read-only by default.
I've opted to leave taxonomy terms alone for now as defaulting the title to readonly makes them un-usable. If statamic/cms#9684 or something similar merges then we can look to prevent new product and term creation entirely.
