Set env vars for cloud or unset them for local:

TEMPORAL_NAMESPACE
TEMPORAL_CLIENT_CERT_PATH
TEMPORAL_CLIENT_KEY_PATH
Run npm run start to start the Worker.
Run npm run workflow to run the Workflow.
