### Before the Changes:
The footer form had a basic design with standard input fields, minimal styling, and limited interactivity. The form lacked visual appeal and did not fully integrate with the footer's overall layout. There were no hover or focus effects, the button design was plain, and the form was not optimized for mobile devices. Additionally, the input fields had no icons, and the overall layout felt static, making the user experience less engaging.

After the enhancements, the footer form now has a modern, interactive, and visually appealing design. The input fields and buttons feature smooth hover and focus effects, with icons that make the form more intuitive. The form container has a subtle gradient background and shadows, giving it a sleek, professional look. It is fully responsive, with optimized spacing and layout for both desktop and mobile devices. The real-time form validation and custom error messages improve usability, while the overall design integrates seamlessly with the footer, creating a cohesive and engaging user experience.
