This provides a Docker image with Windows SDKs 7.0 and 7.1 installed, for building projects created with Visual Studio 2008 and Visual Studio 2010.
Includes .net frameworks 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 as these are all prerequisites for the above SDKs.
Chocolatey is also installed.
